About Us
De sound Music and Art Studio was founded in 2020 by a young visionary musician with passion in music education. Initially offering only private piano lessons, the Academy has grown into private practical piano lessons for all grades, theory lessons for all grades examinations under Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), Trinity College London and London College of Music. While the De sound Music Academy is well known of its excellent quality in piano lecturing, the Academy also offers classes for other musical instrument such as violin, guitar and keyboard.
2020 is going to be a very interesting year as we are now officially reintroducing ourselves as De Sound Music & Art. We have expended to provide other music lessons including ukulele, classical guitar, acoustic/electric guitar and vocal. Besides scheduled lessons for Rockschool examination, our instructors may offer additional rehearsal sessions for students participating in nationwide/international competitions, or public performances.
We provide Little Mozart keyboard program, an UK based music appreciation and education focusing on early childhood talent development, suitable for prenatal, toddlers and pre-school kids. Focus is given to activities that encourage children to use imagination, expression, inquiry, and multiple intelligences. Aspects of active and fun engagement make the programme as effective learning and transfer of learning to be achieve to enhance overall individual development.
We are also provide the art program . There are extensive range of well developed syllabus and creative programs, available in delicately crafted modules, cater to different kind of young talents with interest in art. With limited students per session and highly interactive teaching, we are able to ensure the students, generally from age of 4 and above, enjoy the art classes in a systematical manner. Short programs are available during common school term break holiday seasons.

When music and movement are a natural, joyous part of childhood, children benefit greatly in many areas of life. Language development, self expression, memory skills, concentration, social interaction, fine motor skills, listening, problem solving, teamwork, goal setting, and coordination are all impacted by early music and movement education. What's more, as a child learns to play music, other areas of development — creativity, family bonding, self-esteem, confidence, emotional development — are also positively impacted.Little Mozart ‘s philosophy is steeped in this understanding. Movement and music activities are perfect for child development. Music immerses the child in language, evokes movement, stimulates the brain, and fosters physical coordination — all in a group setting that builds community — a truly holistic experience.

The classes cover all necessary skills as required by the examiners such as performance, technique, notation, listening, musical perception, creativity and innovation. Lesson are suitable for students of all ages.

COURSE OVERVIEW
Knowledge for Every Level
Adult
Adult Piano Courses
Courses available in 3 levels, with classes covering lesson understanding, technique, fingers strengthening drills, chords and playing styles, and songs including folk, classical and contemporary selections. Upon completion of the courses, the student will be able to play some of the most popular musics ever written and have good understanding of basic musical concepts and styles.
Instrumental Class

Art program
Junior Programme (age 4-5 years)
The programme is designed to enhance student’s knowledge and confidence by encouraging literacy and social skills. Classes are fun, enjoyable with informative art activities through creative games, puzzles and storytelling sessions. Children will learn to execute systematic colouring technique and crafting.
This course focuses on colour recognition, learning shapes and numbers and helps children develop their motor skills.
Foundation Programme (age 5-9 years)
Using variety of multidisciplinary based themes in drawing projects through observation, the modules teaches children to search for creativity within the boundary around our daily life. The class consists of simple drawings involving colour toning with the introduction to mix-medium and special colouring effects.
OUTDOOR MUSIC CONCERT AND ACTIVITY
When the children are given an opportunity
Music students got the chance to perform in the concert or competition
We do provide the chance to let the children go for stage performance or competition. Children will gain more experience, knowledge and opportunity in the music path way.
Stage performances or competitions are to gain more confidence, self-esteem and knowledge for yourself. Last but not least, children have the chance to go beyond learning new skills.
